We offer a 5 day “Satisfaction Guarantee”. If you would like a refund on your purchase for any reason, you must email us within 5 days of the date you receive the item. The item(s) can be returned for full credit minus shipping charges and restocking fees of 10%. Returns will not be accepted after this time. Return of Special Order items will have a 15% restocking charge. Special order items are items that were separated from their original boxes to fill the special order. The item(s) to be refunded have to be in MINT condition in the original box, un-opened, unmarked and damage free. To obtain return authorization please EMAIL us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We highly suggest insuring return items as any damage that occurs during return transit is the buyer’s responsibility. Please be sure to include the last 5 digits of your order number. Shipping charges are non-refundable on deliveries not accepted by the customer.
These diecast replicas have many parts that are glued on and may come loose during shipment. Most of these items can be re-glued and re-attached by the customer. If uncomfortable doing this, please contact us via email before opening and proceeding to repair. Once repair is attempted, returns are not accepted and refunds are not available.
